I worked at SAP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Strong customer base (for those who aleady have SAP)
    Free lunch in restaurant!
    Worked with some good people.

    Cons

    Product set was very tired.
Working environment was centralised in Germany, very process driven and "micro managed".
Opportunity only existed in existing customers as core products are tired and unwieldy (hence recent acquisitions).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move offices from Feltham (it's a dump)
    Allocate opportunity more fairly.
