Pros

-good salary
-intelligent driven colleagues
-great office location

Cons

-no professional development opportunity when taking a contract role

    I worked at SAP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Strong customer base (for those who aleady have SAP)
    Free lunch in restaurant!
    Worked with some good people.

    Cons

    Product set was very tired.
    Working environment was centralised in Germany, very process driven and "micro managed".
    Opportunity only existed in existing customers as core products are tired and unwieldy (hence recent acquisitions).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Move offices from Feltham (it's a dump)
    Allocate opportunity more fairly.

    benefits, salary, learning, courses and people

    lack of progression
    bad management
    lot of peole came in from public sector and destoyed entrprenuership
