Current Employee - Program Manager in Singapore (Singapore)
Current Employee - Program Manager in Singapore (Singapore)

I have been working at SAP full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great fringe benefits - marriage bonus, baby bonus, good medical & insurance, great annual bonus, loads of learning opportunities (products & soft skills), phone & internet bill; some colleagues even have company cars; many travel and relocation opportunities. Excellent work-life balance. Pregnant and women who have babies may arrange to work at home some days

Cons

too much space also means you have to seek and grab the chances yourself. Sometimes you can be left on the cold stone for months when what you are doing isn't needed any more or sponsored... on-boarding was not very well organized and it can be overwhelming for new comers. Took me (and some of my colleagues) 6-12 months to figure out what system does what, what product names etc.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

look after the small potatoes as they are the pillars, give them more traveling and learning opportunities, not just cash
