I worked at SAP as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

catering, smart people to work with, great projects

Cons

intern compensation low compared to other silicon valley compensations. Understandable with big companies unable to compensate their employees as much as startups though.

I worked at SAP full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Opportunities to work with people from different countries. Chilled out atmosphere, college-like environment. Get to work on different products in the suite.

    Cons

Work could get repetitive if you do not actively shift teams. Some teams do excellent research work, but not all. Depends on where you get posted.

I have been working at SAP full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very smart people work at SAP who are also willing to lend a hand to colleagues and collaborate to help close deals and make customers happy.

    Cons

The infrastructure is very "German", so Americans may have difficulty navigating the corporate culture which can be, at times, less than intuitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice at this time. Most managers I've experienced are very good at managing employees and opportunities.
