Great benefits and competitive salary. Casual atmosphere.

Cons

Too many C-rated players with the A players being spread too thin. There's a bewildering bureaucracy that is resistant to change and makes things unnecessarily complex and inefficient. Too much of a 'roll your own mentality' even in the face of obvious alternatives.

Advice to Senior Management

Kill some of non-performing products and purge non-performing employees to free up resources. The dead weight is killing the profit margins and starving many groups of necessary resources
