I have been working at SAP full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Flexible work arrangements
Cash comp is good

Cons

Essentially no stock options.
Horrible work environment (building itself)
Constant reorgs. And I do mean constant.
At SAP, "collaboration" means get 10 people on a call and "group grope".

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop viewing developers as fungible.
Stop changing the org all the time.
