the work-life balance is very good
nice work environment
non salary related benefits are great compared to other companies (company car, etc.)

Cons

it is not clear why some people are promoted and others not
distributed development: products were developed in many different locations
pay is low compared to other companies

Advice to Senior Management

Please spend some time on defining clear career paths and people development. Please spend less time on performance review process. It is time to motivate employees again...
