Cons
1. The management in SAP Global Delivery Center India is very selfish.
2. The Managers use their power against their own subordinate
3. Inhuman approach towards the employees
4. Managers are the obstructors of work
Advice to Senior Management
Employees are like assets to the company. Come out of the outdated ideas of ill treating the employees.
If you do not care for your employees, others will.

1. The managers deliverables should be clearly defined
2. The performance measure of the managers should be clearly monitored by HR
3. Project allocation should be monitored by the practice head or by a committee of eligible individuals
4. It is not sufficient that only the team members are SAP certified. The managers should also be certified. The practice head should evaluate this

There is no career planning done for the employees.
The senior management has to take a quick look and fix the damage

4. Basis of selection of team managers and their roles and responsibilites
5. Career planning of team members
The team managers are very autocratic. The ERP practice head has no control on the team managers
