Pros

People ar every nice and open, very good team working and on-job learning.
There are great knowledge base which can be leverage.
Very good oppotunity to meet and learn from industries

Cons

Non-flexible, little care on youth. The senior management is not so open.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote those youth who contribute companies a lot

    - Constant improvement in employee engagment initatives
    - Good salary package
    - One of the Best HR practices

    Cons

    - Many redundant roles
    - Organization does not focus on the employee skills
     - Most of them tend to loose their technical capabilities after a year or so

    Total benefits, compensation, feeling of a community. -cutting edge of IT research and product development. Premier Global IT firm and proud to have it on my work history.

    Cons

    Sometimes goals are so every changing, it is difficult to stay focused and on-track. Management promises for career advancement are delayed without validation or not kept. Transparency is a goal, but illusive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Be decisive about your course. Keep your promises as to career advancement. Bring back stock discount program. Be fearless in your goals.
