“Dissatisfied if you don[t work in Cary NC do not work for this company”
Current Employee – been working at SAS Institute
Pros – Benefits are good but are great if you live in NC
Cons – Company is private and all promotions based on favoritism and looks. Most middle management is female and are selected by looks and other non work related abilities by Senior Management.
Advice to Senior Management – Realize the world does not revolve around Cary and select people based on ability. Choose women with proven management ability versus ........
