I have been working at SAS Institute full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Of course, the perks are the best. Gym, food, massage, etc.

    Cons

The SAS culture is a little o tolerant and patient. Sometimes it feels like projects are moving forward without any sense of urgency. it can take a while to get traction on a project when there isn't a clear path for decision making.
