Pros

Awesome benefits and great evironment to work in sort of a college setting and the grounds always look beutiful.

Cons

Just average salaries but the benefits make up for them.

Advice to Management

Review your time away and FMLA policies sometime it seems too lenient

    Pros

Management treats you like an adult and is honest. Super work life balance. Free Gym and subsidized lunch.

    Cons

Advancement is limited so better REALLY enjoy what you currently do. In the wrong groups politics can be a major problem among peers, probably because of limited advancement opportunities. There's a sub culture of infidelity in certain areas of the company that have ruined marriages but is considered acceptable work behavior as long as it doesn't spill over.

    Advice to Management

Freedom of expression is great and letting people be themselves is fine. But letting environment get too unprofessional will not make it Google in itself.
