Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Cary, NC

Pros

The work is interesting and varied. Most of the people are wonderful. The benefits are very good.

Cons

There are few employees that have never worked at another company and don't know how good it is here. Listening to them complain about the small stuff gets old.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I've been in a regional office and in Cary. There is a difference and that is not acknowledged at times. Listen as much to the folks outside of Cary as you do to those that are here.

Not the best when it comes to Compensation

Current Employee - Senior Developer  in  Cary, NC
Current Employee - Senior Developer in Cary, NC

    Pros

Work-Life balance (if you are not in R &D). For employees at Cary, NC, there is a big fitness center, onsite childcare (if you are senior enough to climb up through the long waiting list).

    Cons

A pretty laid back company. Compensation below average and increments really meager. All employees are treated the same way when it comes to giving raises at the end of the financial year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get off your backs and remove the deadwood and start nurturing people who are hard working and have potential otherwise they will be lose interest in whatever they are doing.
