SAS employs everyone who works here so you know every single person is treated fairly and they have a vested interested in SAS continuing to be a great and successful company.
Cons
The expense reporting is very time consuming
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the communication and quarterly updates and take care of Jim Goodnight.
