SAS – “Great company, bad leadership”

Pros

Great work environment. The recent cut backs in seat capacity and employees have created tension though. Flight benefits are great. However, temps can only fly on SAS operated flights which limits the range of trips.

Cons

The senior management is completely invisible. Even at a time of crisis it has been very limited how much information was shared. We would get written statements or brochures that looked to primarily have investors as the target group.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management in Sweden should definitely show up in Copenhagen more often and be more visible in general. It does not work to only state in the internal newspaper that visible leadership is happening in Stockholm, when no C-level people show up in Copenhagen
