Pros

Fantastic benefits and clean work environment for all employees.

Cons

Very low pay scale for the work load unless you are high management.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn what the true word loyalty and dedication means and start to recognize it in your employees.

    Pros

    Pay is decent.
    Company itself does well.
    Big company, small town atmosphere
    Good location

    Cons

    No mentor program for new supervisors.
    It's all about who you know there.
    HR gossips right along with employees
    Work load is ridiculous. As company has grown, staff has not.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get on the floor more. Interact with your teams. Listen to your teams. As the company expands, get your people together that will be doing the work and have brain storming meetings for planning and preparation.

    Booming industry, profitable company
    Good location

    Cons

    Lack of company structure
    Still runs like a Mom & Pop shop
    Antiquated systems
    Lack of written processes and procedures
    Poor management
    Politics rule
    Sweatshop
    Unfair workload for the number of employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get familiar with what your employees are doing. Put together a three to five year plan in order to fix everything that's broken. Invest in new systems so that you can position yourself as a better company for the future. Listen to your people and take action.
