I have been working at SCA full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Good terms, nice people and the security that comes with a large company, if that exists nowadays.

Cons

The lack of freedom to plan your work, when you're employed, instead of having your own firm.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

As always, management (despite level) should take advantage of the knowledge on the "floor" and not try to invent the wheel over and over again ... a frequent occurent when change in management
