I have been working at SCC full-time for more than a year

Pros

Some hardworking people remain (not for long)

Cons

high % comp plans for sales people who sell at any cost with the delivery teams picking up the pieces later

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in people and have a compl plan covering sales and delivery teams and only paid when the customer is happy

    Pros

    Large organisation. Some good Middle management

    Cons

    Most good Middle managers have been poached by vendors or other resellers so we are left with a disorganised company. Staff are not happy and many are looking at leaving. Poor development and there are not clear routes for promotion. Basic salaries are low and commission is often wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value the good staff and look at why so many people are leaving.

    hardware pricing is good to the market

    Cons

    Bad internal policy for HR, messaging, training and lines of communication." Revolving door " employment reputation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Implement a better HR department. Remove decision process from upper management. Reshuffle key directorships.
