Pros

The employees in general are great. Everyone finds refuge in the fact that they are all miserable together, so some nice friendships.

Benefits aren't too bad, pay for some people is great, but others have to beg to be compensated even at market value, the company is extremely hit or miss, no rhyme or reason to anything.

Cons

There are literally too many to list. This work environment is a nightmare and anyone who gets out, whether on their own or because they fire you is happy to be done. Turnover is unreal at all levels and the CEO typically walks through the halls screaming. The other reviewer summed it up perfectly, "CEO is commonly referred to as a tyrant leader and tries to maintain control through fear. Most employees are scared of being fired almost every day, causing an extremely unsettling/stressful work environment." Nepotism is also present, almost like something out of a movie.

This environment is toxic.

Advice to Management

Best advice, sell the company to the highest bidder you have no business being an employer.

    Pros

Some people I worked with were nice.

    Cons

Certain leadership members lack the necessary skills & experience for their position. CEO is commonly referred to as a tyrant leader and tries to maintain control through fear. Most employees are scared of being fired almost every day, causing an extremely unsettling/stressful work environment. CEO gets too involved in minutia such as gossip and business attire, rather than focusing on the overal direction of the company. SCI has an extremely high turnover rate, with staff at all levels. Lynette Spano has let go of many executive members, which further contribute to the lack of direction. the CEO herself, has gone through 6-7 executive assistants within a one year period. Employee morale within the company is extremely low and leadership does not want to fix it. If you are offered a job, do yourself a favor and stay away or you will regret it.

    Advice to Management

Obtain training or more experience to manage a business. Make a decision and stick to it. Do not change things on a whim because you "feel like it." Establish clear direction for staff and where you want to take the company. Retire current CEO and get a new one.

    Pros

The CEO was very employee oriented until some business was lost. (However, that is the nature of government contractors.)
Some of the employees were very easy to work with and helped each other.
The accounting department was very competent.

    Cons

Upper management really really didn't know how to properly manage and business practice inefficiencies resulted.
The top management got involved into minutia and lost the big picture and focus.
