Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBeing able to keep a job in this horrible economy.

ConsLack of organization, under employed and lack of acknowledgment for contracts. Everyone seems to know what they are doing but no one is properly trained to handle the job at hand. Advice to Senior ManagementPay your employees money that they are worth and take the stress off workers by giving them less of a caseload. Believe in your employees and that can complete the task at hand.
