SCO Family of Services Employee Review

I have been working at SCO Family of Services full-time

Pros – Being able to keep a job in this horrible economy.

Cons – Lack of organization, under employed and lack of acknowledgment for contracts. Everyone seems to know what they are doing but no one is properly trained to handle the job at hand. The environment is stressful for the amount of pay. Overall, social work is very stressful. Its the nature of the business.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees money that they are worth and take the stress off workers by giving them less of a caseload. Believe in your employees and that can complete the task at hand.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
