    Pros

The benefits/schedule are consistent. There is movement within the agency offices.

    Cons

The management and leadership are unprofessional and do not respect the employees, the people who are making the programs work and make money.

    Advice to Management

check in with employees and see how they are doing and feel about office atmosphere. trust your employees to do what they say they will do (until you find they aren't being truthful at least)
