For what it is, a good place to work.

Current Employee – been working at SD&A Teleservices

ProsFront-line management is good: ongoing feedback and training support, flexibility with scheduling and balancing with other commitments/employment. Co-workers are interesting people. Environment is pretty relaxed and comfortable. Great way to build sales skills while supporting positive organizations.

ConsLet's face it, telemarketing is hard. Contact management system doesn't allow for agent feedback regarding lead quality, etc. Seems difficult to make a living off the pay structure, but could be lucrative as part-time gig.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot sure if upper management is responsive to feedback from agents or not. It seems like changes could be made to improve the contact management system to better organize leads by quality.
