    Pros

If you are in need of a paycheck, that's it. There are no other pros.

    Cons

Man, this place feels like you're in prison. Everybody watches your every move. The employees are not happy. Management could care less about anybody. They will fire you for no apparent reason whatsoever.

I have been working at SDI Industries

    Pros

Opportunity to learn a new trade with lots of travel. Must be motivated to learn as much as possible to gain experience in a company that is expanding rapidly.

    Cons

Nobody will give you anything unless you ask. The only real downside is living in hotels. Salary based position means you will be working 60+ hours a week .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training should be handled by qualified personnel without making you feel inferior although my experience is in a related field and I have a bachelors degree, there will be times you feel you aren't given enough credit to perform the tasks that you feel confident you are ready to tackle. It is almost feel like you should keep your head down and play dumb til you are called upon.
