I have been working at SDL Tridion

    Pros

    * The company is always moving, always changing which brings about fresh challenges constantly
    * If you have ideas and can back them up with strong reasons and stats, you can make change happen
    * Some very nice people work at SDL - quite a small company feel in many ways and open access to c-suite
    * It has been a stable place to work for most and has done well despite the hard times that have just passed

    Cons

    * It is very fast paced, so you need to be the kind of person that wants to work in a company with a drive to succeed, otherwise is not the place for you
