Pros

Amazing work-life balance at SECOR. Travel is limited, however, there are a few projects that do require travel.

Some of the leadership team is truly outstanding.

Cons

Worldwide recognition is limited to Canada and is often an issue even within Canada. That being said, the company is growing rapidly through organic growth.

    Pros

    Great group of people
    Intelligent work
Able to dominate KPMG and keep market position

    Cons

Ability to get good work depends on who you get along with, and managers expect you to work hard
    Top heavy, many managers
Have to operate in a rules structures in new organization

    Advice to Management

    Nothing specific

Not as good as was advertised. A Big 3 wanna be and never was.

    Pros

Montreal office has good relationships within Quebec business community and develops business on this basis (not on quality of ideas and IP). Priced well below Big 3 per diems. Much better fit withn a KPMG.

    Cons

No attention to intellectual capital, under-resourced on both industrial and functional expertisr basis. Some good talent at the analyst and associate level, and selected partners. Odd that fresh MBAs are designated as sr. associates. High turnover of consulting staff. Ethical short-coming (promising one public sector client it would have lowest pricing, and then giving another client better pricing).
