Lots of work for little opportunity

Support Technician (Former Employee)

ProsInteresting field of technology
Lots of lateral mobility
Some upward mobility within departments

ConsManagers rarely willing to stick their neck out for you.
High-level management valued getting products out the door rather than ensuring quality.
Trying to move to a new department is near impossible if you do not know someone.
Once you leave, you can never come back.

Advice to Senior ManagementRealize that promoting from within is better than hiring from outside. Not only do you gain more employee loyalty, but you also save a year training a new hire in a very specialized product when employees take other jobs.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Very stressful call center environment
