I worked at SED International full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The People that work there.
Cons – favoritism, nepitism, the offices work against each other, they compete with there customers for deals.
they have 20 differnet pay plans on any given day. they only give five days vacation after 1 year. poor morale,
Advice to Senior Management – I hope with the new CEO and the diamonds finally out of the picture the company can be competative
