I worked at SEI Investments as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The pros to working at SEI is the atmosphere and team environment. SEI does not believe in cubicles like most companies do and have developed their office into a team friendly environment. Another pro is that you can create opportunities for yourself at this firm by standing out.

    Cons

Contrary to my pro on that you can create opportunities for yourself, the opportunities can sometimes be limited. The reason behind this is because SEI seems to hire people from outside the company to front office positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get more involved with employes and continue to find ways to challenge them

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
