Former Employee - Senior Analyst in Oaks, PA
Former Employee - Senior Analyst in Oaks, PA

I worked at SEI Investments full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Good benefits, updated workspace equipment, beautiful campus with direct access to hiking trail, onsite fitness center & cafeteria

Cons

Staff is notoriously underpaid, company is CLIENT-focused and cares little about employees and their satisfaction, for such a large company there is limited room for growth

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you would focus on your employees even 1/3 the amount that you focus on clients you could really bring down the incredibly high turnover. Wouldn't you want to keep good employees which in turn produce quality work for all of your precious clients?
