Pros

Good training to learn the role at an entry level. Formalized training programs, as well as lots of fun events and happy hours for employees.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked employees. More often than not I had to work overtime, even though the upper management was trying to simultaneously cut down on overtime because they didn't want to pay for it.
