Pros

They paid a good salary and benefits were very good.

Cons

Office politics, upper management favors certain people, force employees they don't think fit in out of the organization, forced to work outside regular work hours with no additional pay.

I have been working at SEIU

    Pros

The people I work with are awsome.

    Cons

There is no opportunity for growth, all of your advancement is based on the personal mood of management or the director. There is only one manager in the office who is truly respected by all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps you should not treat your employees as if they are morons, it is insulting and condesending, it breeds contempt and a lack of commitment to the company.
