Basically a crapshoot

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood benefits. Work with some very interesting people. A pension (if you can stomach the job for 20 years)

ConsLong hours, terrible management, office politics that end up dominating your job. Also some members I worked with you could tell that they wanted your job and would try to throw you under the bus for it.

Advice to Senior ManagementDitch the politics and get back to being a movement that is about respecting workers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: The staff (non-management) is generally friendly. That's about it.... Cons: Will low ball you when you accept your offer, management is rude and inconsiderate, no work/life balance, no… Advice to Senior Management: Fire your directors, and start over. Cultivate a good relationship… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
