“Very good working environment, short notice travel is sometimes required, good manage..”
I have been working at SERENA Software full-time for more than a year
Pros – Solid software products, great product support and knowledgable consultants
Cons – Management changes strategy every year, alot of software products have been added to portfolio through acquiring different companies - thus product suite may overlap functionality and/or lack standardization
Advice to Senior Management – Invest more efforts in standardizing internal processes on delivering to clients.
