    I worked at SESI

    Pros

When working with students with special needs, it is important to have dependable co workers. During training for this job, employees learn that it is important to stay united in order for success. I recommend this company for anyone who is interested in working with alternative students.

The students are tough to deal with

I have been working at SESI full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work is very fulfilling, coworkers can be great, awesome schedule (typical school schedule), almost everyone has been very friendly to me.

    Cons

Sometimes employees get bounced from school to school a lot which is difficult for the employee, the students and the teachers. Students can be very difficult to work with and sometimes felt undersupported because of staff shortages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Know more about what is going on at other schools and try to work together more. There is a lack of organization a lot of the time. More consistency is needed.
