    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Turn to your employees, they are your biggest value, lesson to them. Paycheck is not the only reward expected by knowledge worker. Best that spelled by Steve Jobs: "It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do. "

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at SEVEN Networks

    Pros

Salary is competitive. For Internship, it's 100RMB per day, which is high in Hangzhou. The atmosphere in the office is good. Colleges are all friendly.

    Cons

For Intern, there is no training session in Hangzhou office. If there was, the growth would be higher.
