    Negative Outlook

    Pros

-Relaxed hours/lifestyle compared to other banks

    Cons

-No job prospects for juniors - very high turnover of interns/VIEs
-Majority of junior staff searching/interviewing at other frims
-HR massively detached from the business itself
    -Lack of top tier status
-Very big bias towards French speakers which can be both annoying and frustrating
    -Uncertain future in some cases

    Advice to Management

Respect juniors more and actually give them a chance- they are the future of the bank. Also, your attempt to change the all "French" image of the bank doesn't seem to be working that well.
