    Pros

    The best place to work as far as employee sticking together.And getting the job done.

    Cons

    Mangment was horrible.Did not want you to take no time off .Always time Mangement made you feel like nothing you did was right.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please take time to hire someone who has the expeience to guide their employees.And not yell and curse at theme.

    Pros

    Challenging career. Long term contracts with state agencies offered some degree of stability.
    Dedicated people who tried their best to meet difficult goals.

    Cons

    Senior management forced cost reductions and jeopardized contracts due to poor service. Senior management is quick to judge without checking facts

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    People are assets, not commodities. Senior management ruled by fear and were unwilling to implement reasonable changes. Most employees lack the ability to advance. I wish I could rate this company lower than the '1'
