I have been working at SGS full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Opportunity of gaining knowledge and information.

Cons

No getting a satisfactory post/position in organization.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Prompt service to client is required by updating results and other reports quickly, hence good lab chemist, staff and good field staff required or retained.

    I have been working at SGS as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Mobilization cost is shouldered by company. Salary is always on-time. Competent salary and possibility of being a permanent job.

    Cons

    Middle East office or Dubai office seems to have the decisions about major matters or most of the matters but I don't really understand the management procedure here. Although Dubai management seems effective, it seems to be slowing the processes here in K. S. A., but I don't really know anything about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remove in-efficient personnel here in K. S. A.. If managers or any body from Dubai is going to make the decision, they better stay here in K. S. A. to enhance the fluidity of process flow.
