“SHI is experiencing growing pains, but moving in the right direction.”
Current Employee – been working at SHI
Pros – Employees are engaged. Employees are rewarded based on results, not tenure. Good culture.
Cons – The process of getting things implemented is sometimes more time consuming than it should be.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to let employees are valued and listen to their ideas.
