Prosvariety of clients, global brand, diverse people, opportunity to travel, training and exposure to different products

Conslimited use of products, lack of communication sometimes between sales and consulting, high turnover and management and people changes, less synergy between country offices

Advice to Senior Managementfocus on internal HR and providing broader consultancy father than product based solutions and greater sharing of knowledge and experience between countries and more cohesive client management
