Pros – variety of clients, global brand, diverse people, opportunity to travel, training and exposure to different products

Cons – limited use of products, lack of communication sometimes between sales and consulting, high turnover and management and people changes, less synergy between country offices

Advice to Senior Management – focus on internal HR and providing broader consultancy father than product based solutions and greater sharing of knowledge and experience between countries and more cohesive client management
