Pros

Time off and that may change once the new company takes over.

Cons

Treated like children, crap for raises and bonuses, always being watched my management, absolutely no advancement possibilities, no benefits for seniority

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to what your employees have to say and try to boost morale!
