I have been working at SISL

Pros

good work life balance. so-so salary

Cons

no career path
every year new structural change which ultimately proves nothing other than to give a way to new change
leadership missing
all burdened and junk managers are left with organization
unresponsive HR
self centered managers who only cares to save thier jobs
no motivation for work rathe i would say there are no works so no motivation
Above are the reasons for SISPL take over by atos origin(SISPL separated from SISL)
CMT leftover of SISL are worst ,only 50 employees in india that too consists of managers. Juniors have already left or thinking of leaving.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employee first then business aatittude should be followed. If employees are not satisfied , you can't motivate them to do works and ultimately no business....
Have fearless attitude and suppotive towards subordinates as a leader do....
