It was a very fun place to work in 2004 and 2005. It was the envy of all ad agencies in Las Vegas back then. Everyone worked 10-12 hour days and loved it because we all felt like we were a part of something.
Cons
Completely incompetent management team, they are absolutely horrible. Management has literally ruined this company.
Advice to Senior Management
Replace yourselves.
