“Good company with limited ficilities”
Current Employee – been working at SLK Software Services
Pros – Good work life balance
Rapidly growing
Good mid level management (i have reservations about high level management)
Good recognition for your work
Cons – Flaws in the policy making
Poor facilities
Slow in decision making.
Advice to Senior Management – Expedite the process and make employee friendly policies. Keep the promises you make.
