“It has not been a very pleasant experience however my co-workers (not management) are very nice people.”
Current Employee – been working at SMS Millcraft
Pros – The health benefits are decent. My co-workers are very nice individuals. The company as a whole tries to promote safety.
Cons – No opportunity for advancement. When getting promoted they don't discuss salary with you. The management does not like to discuss alot of the benefits for working with the SMS Group. Management is not friendly
Advice to Senior Management – Stop trying to keep information about the benefits and time off a mystery. When you offer someone a promotion don't let 8month go by with out discussing compensation.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
