    I have been working at SMU (Southern Methodist University) full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: Free tuition; short hours (~35 hours/wk) Cons: Boring, mindless work; high drama environment; lots of stress over insubstantial issues; managers don't use skills and talents of their employees, instead keep them doing… Advice to Senior Management: Try to have a little vision, and guide your employees… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
