    Pros

    - Great environment, carrier development within the company is possible and highly desirable, top-notch technologies and spear-head management approach.

    Cons

    - Slow carrier development, lower benefices than 5 years ago. The company's structure is extremely vertical and can be a challenge.

    Pros

    - the company is culturally diverse
    - lots of exposure to in-depth technical engineering
    - lots of opportunity for career advancement, both vertically and laterally

    Cons

    - work is project based, so turnover rates can be high at times. Be prepared for a bumpy ride.
    - not enough team building and social events

    - being an international company we must continually evolve to make ourselves more competitive so as to win better jobs around the globe
    - conduct better risk reviews early on in the project / proposal phases
