    Pros

Salary is in line with market

    Cons

Company hires and fires based on project needs and completely disregards the value of tenured employees and favors those who 'know the right people'.
You are expected to work long hours and are not compensated for them. Managers don't take notice of the hard work that employees are doing during the slow times to try and reduce cost, they only care about saving their own jobs.
I had four new managers within a period of 1 year and with each new manager the quality of leadership got less and less which was hugely disappointing.
HR do not support the employees, they are there to support management only.

    Advice to Management

Try living up the the company mission, vision and values. You should change your "WeCare" policy because you honestly don't care and it's a joke that this is your tagline. Value your people, they are the ones who keep you in your job by delivering the services clients pay for.
