    Pros

Relaxed dress code and Charlottesville is just beautiful

    Cons

If you upset the wrong manager or you don't CYA, you'll quickly make the spotlight, which isn't a good place to be in the company. Additionally, people are quick to toss you under the bus if it helps their career, especially your own manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The culture of rewarding the "teacher's pet" needs to change. Stop looking for ways to cut our bonuses if we surpass our goals (happens all the time).
