Pros

Expansive global footprint and responsive to industry trends. Strategic vision to serve diversity of clients, leveraging the subject matter area expertise of their partners.

Cons

Very little cohesiveness or firm morale. Think internal mercantilism between offices.

    Pros

Great people, evolving in positive way. Communication is okay, I wouldn't expect everything to trickle down to admin staff.

    Cons

The breakdown of the global firm regarding management and departments was confusing. It made you feel like you weren't part of a company, but a satellite that didn't matter.
